These terms apply to the use of services provided by Legesnakk (org. no. 935981182). By booking a consultation, you agree to the contents of these terms.
About the Service
Legesnakk offers digital consultations with a heart specialist. Through our website and via PasientSky you can book:

Assessment of symptoms

Second opinion

Analysis of ECG data, including:

Recordings from personal digital devices (e.g., heart rate monitors, thumb-ECG)

ECG or 24-hour ECG from your GP or another clinic

Not offered (the list is not exhaustive):

Sick leave certificates
-
Certificates and confirmations for documentation purposes (e.g., insurance companies, etc.)

Prescriptions for medications other than heart medicines
All communication takes place via PasientSky, which manages login, medical records, and secure dialogue.

Processing Time and Availability
Available appointments will be published continuously and can be booked via PasientSky. We aim to offer short waiting times. Most appointments will be in the evenings or on weekends. Occasionally, daytime slots will also be available. The current schedule is available on PasientSky.
Professional Responsibility and Quality
Consultations are carried out by a specialist in cardiology, in accordance with current professional guidelines. Assessments and recommendations are based on national and international standards within cardiac care.
Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation
Consultations may be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before the appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
Once healthcare personnel have started working on your request and any documents or records have been uploaded, the right of withdrawal does not apply, cf. Right of Withdrawal Act § 22 letters c and n.
Complaints and Feedback
If you believe you have been treated incorrectly or unfairly, please contact us first. We will handle your complaint as quickly as possible and correct any errors.

Dispute Resolution
Agreements made with Legesnakk are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved through dialogue shall be handled by the ordinary courts in Norway.

Changes to Terms
Legesnakk reserves the right to update these terms. For significant changes, at least one month’s notice will be given. Minor changes may be implemented without prior notice.
If the service is discontinued, at least three months’ notice will be given, with information about the process and what it means for you as a user.
